Every shortblock is measured in a climate-controlled room. We gap rings to target cylinder pressure, balance rotating assemblies to within a tenth of a gram, and torque all hardware to stretch specifications.
Standalone ECU calibration
We tune fuel maps, variable cam timing, and knock thresholds in real time on our hub dynamometer. Every calibration file delivers crisp throttle response, steady idle stability, and safe exhaust gas temperatures.
Corner balancing and geometry
Using wireless four-pad digital scales, we set vehicle cross-weight percentages down to individual driver ballast. Suspension links are dialed for zero bump-steer and repeatable tire contact under hard braking.
We do not sell theoretical horsepower. If a combination cannot survive extended full-throttle dyno sweeps and deliver repeatable lap times, it does not leave our bays.
